In recognition of our customer's expectations of privacy, the Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union has adopted the following privacy statement. Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union (CBCTFCU) will not disclose confidential customer information outside CBCTFCU unless:

The customer consents to the disclosure; |

The information is provided to help complete a transaction that the customer has authorized; |

The law allows Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union to disclose the information; or, |

The information is provided to companies that participate with Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union in supplying products and services to customers or that promote products and services on behalf of Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union. |
The Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union requires confidential customer information to be safeguarded at all times, and to be used only for legitimate business purposes.
